About Us

I thought you might like to know a little about me and why I am producing this wedding cake ebook.

My name is Kristen Sauerzopf and I have been a wedding planner for over seven years in eastern Pennsylvania.  After being an engineer for several years, I realized it was not how I wanted to spend the rest of my working days.  I have always loved weddings and found that I always tended to help others plan theirs.  Many times my friends and family would tell me I should be an event planner because I am so passionate about it.  It was one day about seven years ago that I decided to take the plunge and change career directions.  It was the best decision I ever made!  I truly love my job and am thankful every day for all the wonderful people I have met and the experiences I have had.
